Mallad, inked a 110-store area development deal for his company, Massage Green Spa, with Robert Tobias for the New York metro region, including Manhattan, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  "We are thrilled to be partnering with Robert Tobias.  He is a true innovator in the franchise world.
