Allied is the first company in New Jersey to receive this distinction. Pearl enables Allied to "Pearl Certify" entire home installations or to certify specific home improvements, such as ENERGY STAR® appliances.

A Pearl Certification Report will provide the homeowner a detailed record of a home's high-performing features, including efficient insulation, heating and cooling systems, ventilation and smart devices. Third-party certifications can add 5 percent or more to a home's sales price.
