Allied Gases & Welding Supplies Joins Meritus Gas Partners

NEW YORK, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Meritus Gas Partners ("Meritus") today announced a partnership with Allied Gases & Welding Supplies, Inc. ("Allied"), based in Tempe, Arizona. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1995 by Anthony Boccaccio, Allied is a leading provider of industrial, specialty and beverage gases in Arizona, operating five locations.
