Meritus Gas Partners Acquires Wagner Welding Supply to Expand Colorado Presence

NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Meritus Gas Partners ("Meritus") today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Buckeye Welding Supply ("Buckeye"), has acquired Wagner Welding Supply ("Wagner"), headquartered in Longmont, Colorado. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Wagner Welding Supply has served the northern Denver market for more than 80 years and is led by current owner, Dennis Ogden. The company provides industrial and medical gases from its single location. The acquisition supports the continued growth of Buckeye following its acquisition of HICO Distributing in Englewood, Colorado, earlier this year.
