Allison Ables Real Estate Sales & Property Management Adds Four REALTORS® and Two Staff Members

Kathleen MacDowell and Susan Ellis joined the team in January of 2013. Ervin Goad, Laura Bass, Po Gueiros and Adrienne Smith joined the team in February of 2013.

Susan Ellis joins the team from Cornell & Associates as well. Ervin Goad recently completed certification to become a licensed REALTOR® in Gainesville, and has joined the team after graduating from the University of Florida. As a life-long Florida resident, Goad is very eager to put his knowledge, enthusiasm, and ambition to work for clients in the North Central Florida Real Estate market. 

Laura Bass has lived in Florida for over 20 years and has a deep family history rooted in the south. After a successful career in customer service, Bass recently became a certified Florida REALTOR® and is thrilled to join the quickly-growing Allison Ables team to provide her clients throughout North-Central Florida with an enjoyable and efficient buying or listing experience.

Po Gueiros recently graduated from the University of Florida and has a Real Estate license in the state of Florida. Gueiros is excited to join the Allison Ables Property Management team as a service assistant to provide clients with insight and support throughout the renting and management process. 

Adrienne Smith has joined the Allison Ables team as an administrative assistant in the largest Real Estate Sales & Property Management office in Gainesville's Haile Plantation. As a graduate from Virginia Tech with a great deal of experience in the retail industry, Smith will be an asset to both real estate and property management clients alike.
