Allscripts Announces Secondary Offering on Behalf of Misys plc

CHICAGO, Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDRX) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock on behalf of certain wholly owned subsidiaries of Misys plc.  Allscripts will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Barclays Capital, Inc. will act as sole book-running manager of the offering.
