High Falls Advisors and Holistic Financial Partners bring nearly $950 million in combined assets, integrated tax capabilities, and specialized divorce planning expertise to Allworth's expanding East Coast and Midwest presence
FOLSOM, Calif., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Allworth Financial, an award-winning, full-service national RIA, today announced the acquisition of two advisory firms: High Falls Advisors, Inc., a Rochester, N.Y.-based wealth management and tax advisory firm overseeing $665 million in assets under management (AUM), and Holistic Financial Partners, an Indianapolis-based RIA overseeing approximately $282 million in AUM that specializes in financial planning for individuals navigating divorce. Together, the acquisitions add 23 professionals, including 13 wealth and tax advisors, to Allworth's growing national platform.
The announcement comes amid a period of accelerated growth for Allworth. Since announcing its strategic investment partnership earlier this year, the firm has completed four acquisitions, expanded its presence in key growth markets, surpassed $40 billion in assets under management, and continued adding specialized capabilities that deepen the services available across its national platform. The momentum reflects a deliberate strategy to build not just greater scale, but a broader, more sophisticated wealth management firm.
High Falls Advisors brings 21 professionals to Allworth, including a multidisciplinary team of 12 advisors with credentials spanning CFP®, CPA, JD, and EA designations. The firm deepens Allworth's presence in the Rochester market, where it operates alongside an existing office, and adds a CPA-led, in-house tax practice that is fully integrated into the client planning process. Led by Kenneth Burke and Jennifer Vogler, who purchased the firm from its founders in 2020 and have grown it independently since, High Falls also brings investment strategies, including two private funds, that expand capabilities across Allworth's national platform.
Holistic Financial Partners, led by Jason Llewellyn, CPA, PFS, CDFA, adds dedicated divorce financial planning capabilities to Allworth's national platform. Llewellyn, who joins Allworth as a Partner Advisor, is the current Chair of the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts and brings more than a decade of experience guiding clients through asset division, tax strategy, post-divorce budgeting, and long-term financial planning. The addition of Holistic Financial Partners brings a planning discipline to Allworth's national platform that few large RIAs offer in a dedicated, structured way.
"These two firms represent exactly what we look for in a partnership: proven leadership teams, distinctive capabilities, and a shared belief that clients deserve more than a single-discipline approach to financial advice," said John Bunch, Chief Executive Officer of Allworth Financial. "Ken and Jen have built a standout advisory practice in Rochester with the kind of integrated tax and planning model that directly strengthens our platform. And Jason brings something we think is genuinely underserved in this industry: a dedicated, expert-led approach to helping people navigate the financial side of divorce."
Clients of both firms will continue working with the advisors they know and trust while gaining access to Allworth's broader platform, including expanded investment capabilities, advanced estate planning resources, dedicated client service and digital tools, and collaboration with Allworth's tax specialists across its national office network.
"As we grow, we want to offer more advanced solutions for our clients and create additional growth opportunities for our team. Allworth enhances our ability to do both," said Kenneth Burke, President and Chief Executive Officer of High Falls Advisors. "We are excited about the resources, expertise and opportunities that Allworth brings to our firm and, most important, to our clients."
Jennifer Vogler, Executive Vice President of High Falls Advisors, added, "Allworth's people-first approach was evident from our very first visit. The leadership team genuinely listened to and understood our priorities, not only for our clients, but also for our team. That level of engagement reinforced that Allworth truly values its people and is committed to creating an environment where our team can thrive."
"From the first conversation, it was clear that Allworth understood the value of what we've built and had a real vision for where it could go," said Jason Llewellyn, CPA, PFS, CDFA, Partner Advisor at Allworth Financial. "That was the first time I'd felt that from a potential partner. Allworth has the tax and estate planning infrastructure, the marketing resources, and the national reach to help us serve more people during one of the most financially consequential moments of their lives."
