Alta Editions Launches New Online Cookbook Series with The Journey

The first edition, The Journey, was released today.

The Journey (http://www.altaeditions.com/journey) presents home cooks with a collection of 20 recipes from four celebrated New York City women chefs:

• Katy Sparks - Executive chef of Tavern on the Green
• Maneet Chauhan - Judge on Food Network's Chopped

• Rita Sodi - Chef and owner of I Sodi

The Journey explores a diverse set of cuisines through the lens of food-related journeys experienced both inside and outside the kitchen. Co-author and veteran food writer Kathleen Squires writes in the introduction:
