Altair Advisers Appoints Anna Nichols as Director of Communications

CHICAGO, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Altair Advisers LLC, a nationally recognized independent investment adviser to high net worth individuals, families and foundations, announced today that Anna Nichols has joined the firm as Director of Communications, effective June 4. Ms. Nichols brings more than 10 years of marketing, research and educational programming in the family wealth industry to the position. She will use her content expertise and market insight to further Altair's visibility and expand their brand awareness across the industry.

Prior to joining Altair, Ms. Nichols led the research team at Family Office Exchange (FOX), a membership organization for ultra-high net worth families and their advisers. In her tenure there, Ms. Nichols became a well-known writer and speaker on a wide range of generational wealth issues. Ms. Nichols has also served as a consultant for the American Bar Association's Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. Previously, she held management positions with the New York City Bar Association, and the YWCA of New York City.
