Altair Engineering Receives Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility

TROY, Mich., Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of simulation technology and engineering services, today announced that the company has been honored with a 2011 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility. As part of the When Work Works research initiative, the annual award recognizes employers that enhance business and employee success by fostering flexible work environments.

The honorees are chosen based on an initial employer application and subsequent employee insights gathered through an online survey.
