As earlier reported, the Company had a net profit of $451,084 on sales of $20,030,569 for fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. The unaudited statements were prepared and presented by management. Alternate Marketing Networks became a non-reporting company pursuant to a Form 15 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective January 2, 2004.
In addition, the Company noted that June 16, 2010 was the record date for an earlier announced cash dividend of five cents per share of the company's common stock payable on July 1, 2010 to the shareholders of record.
