Alterra Power Announces Release Date for the Second Quarter 2015 Results and Annual and Special Meeting Results
VANCOUVER, July 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Alterra Power Corp. (TSX: AXY) announces that its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 will be released on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 after market close. A conference call and live audio webcast to discuss the results will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 11:30 am ET (8:30 am PT).

The Company held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 12, 2015. A total of 215,981,277 shares were represented at the meeting, being 46.09% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting, including the appointment of auditors for the ensuing year and the election of management's nominees as directors.
