DALLAS, June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Ambit Energy, a national retail energy provider, announced today it will launch electricity service in the Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) service territory in mid-June. The company's offering provides a new electricity choice with affordable rates to electricity customers in the greater Chicago, Rockford and Joliet areas, servicing more than 3.8 million customers.
