FORT WORTH, Texas, April 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- American Airlines Cargo announced today that, for the fourth year in a row, it has been voted Best Air Cargo Carrier from The Americas by the readers of the London-based publication Air Cargo News.  More than 25,000 votes were cast in the 28th Cargo Airline of the Year Awards poll, where freight companies from around the world nominate their preferred carrier in six regional categories.

The voting was audited by the British International Freight Association (BIFA), a UK-based not-for-profit group dedicated to improving the standards of professionalism within the logistics and supply chain industry.
