BETHESDA, Md., June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) ("MTGE" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per share for the second quarter 2014. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
