(together with ACEP, the "Company"), announced today that the early settlement date for their previously announced tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to purchase any and all of their outstanding 11% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 (the "Notes") is expected to be on or prior to the expiration date, which is currently 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on July 5, 2013, rather than on or about June 24, 2013.  All other dates in connection with the Tender Offer are as previously announced.
