(the "Company") (OTC Pinksheets: ACYD) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a current status on PinkSheets. This status reflects all of the work of the revised management team to offer competent advisory counsel to the operations team.
The Company is also confirming that the recent significant financing announced is not a convertible debenture or other type of spiral. It is a straight discounted stock purchase agreement with a large private investment fund; however, the Company has not recently exercised any stock sales. The Company intends to use its capital access to close contemplated transactions.
