American Institute of CPAs Relies on Glowpoint's OpenVideo™ Cloud

The AICPA utilizes LifeSize videoconferencing systems in its North Carolina, New Jersey and New York locations for critical executive meetings. The video endpoints are connected via Glowpoint's OpenVideo™ cloud network services, to provide users with consistent, high definition video experiences.  Glowpoint's video bridging services will be utilized to connect the different AICPA systems in the OpenVideo™ cloud, to ensure that their meetings start on time and are of the highest quality.

Glowpoint's video bridging services will also allow the AICPA to easily schedule meetings via the CustomerPoint portal or OpenVideo Mobile™ app, and include the option of having their video calls digitally monitored so any quality issues are immediately identified and resolved during the meetings. The AICPA will also have the option of including Glowpoint's concierge services for meetings, to provide participants with the ultimate white glove experience.
