American Standard Energy Corporation Announces Appointment of James R. Leeton, Jr. to Board of Directors
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of American Standard Energy Corp.(OTC Bulletin Board: ASEN) is pleased to announce the appointment of James R. Leeton, Jr. to the Board as an Independent Director.
Mr. Leeton brings to the Board decades of oil and gas experience as both an attorney and a Landman. He began in the oil industry in 1977 with Exxon Corporation as a Landman prior to forming Leeton & Leeton, PC, a Midland, TX based Oil and Gas/Business law firm. Mr. Leeton is currently a Partner in Midland based Bullock Scott, PC, an oil and gas, banking and business law firm. For over thirty years, Mr. Leeton has been involved in thousands of oil and gas transactions involving the sale, purchase and financing of oil and gas properties. He has also personally participated in the purchase and drilling of numerous oil and gas prospects and wells during his career.
