Americana Holdings Opens New California Franchise

LAS VEGAS, June 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Americana Holdings, which operates Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, has opened a new division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. The franchise will operate in Southern California's Tri-County area, which includes San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties.

"We are opening our first office in Yorba Linda today and will open a second office in Brea next month," said Gordon Miles, president and COO of Americana Holdings. The company will be doing business as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties in California. The name is used by multiple Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise owners with operations in the state.

Americana Holdings operates the sole Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchises in both Nevada and Arizona. Combined, the companies have nearly 2,000 real estate sales executives in 20 offices.
