AmeriLithium Announces Start Date for 2nd Stage Exploration on Full Monty & Clayton Deep Lithium Projects

HENDERSON, NV, Nov. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AmeriLithium Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMEL; "AmeriLithium" or "the Company") is pleased to announce November 14, 2011 as the start date for the 2nd stage of exploration on the Company's Full Monty lithium project followed by the Clayton Deep lithium project. The 1st stage of exploration recently provided positive gravity survey results for each of the Nevada-based projects. The 2nd stage of geophysical exploration will involve more detailed and focused geophysical surveying through scalar Controlled-Source Audio-Frequency Magneto-Telluric (CSAMT) surveys, a geophysical technique commonly utilized in mineral exploration to provide deep geologic information. The purposes of the surveys are to map geologic stratigraphy and structure relative to the occurrence of lithium brine, identify conductors that are thought to be representative of lithium bearing brine, and to provide information for the selection and design of additional geophysical surveys.

The surveys will be performed by Zonge International, Inc. (Zonge), which markets equipment and services on a worldwide basis, and holds the first patents on the complex resistivity (CR) method in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. Zonge will perform a CSAMT survey on the Full Monty project along 3 established lines (as identified from the results of the recently completed gravity survey) totaling approximately 22,600 meters, using 50 meter station spacings; the survey control is expected to take 14-16 days to complete. Zonge will then perform a CSAMT survey on the Clayton Deep project along 2 established survey lines (as identified from the results of the recently completed gravity survey) totaling approximately 12,000 meters, using 50 meter station spacings; the survey control is expected to take 9-10 days to complete. Deliverable products will consist of a digital data acquisition logistics report covering data acquisition and including a line location map and pseudo sections of observed Cagniard resistivity and impedance phase data.

Once the data from the 2nd stage of exploration is received, AmeriLithium's consulting geophysicist, Mr. Jim Wright of J.L. Wright Geophysics, will be completing the survey's reports. Mr. Wright is a professional geophysicist with over 40 years experience in the field of geophysical investigations and interpretation. He has considerable experience in interpreting survey data over much of the State of Nevada, and brings a wealth of knowledge of local geologic variations in the region of the 2 projects.

After the CSAMT surveys are completed on the Full Monty and Clayton Deep projects, Zonge will then be considered to conduct a 2nd stage CSAMT survey on AmeriLithium's Nevada-based Jackson Wash project once the results have been received from that project's 1st stage exploration gravity survey. The gravity survey field work in question was recently completed by Magee Geophysical Services, and AmeriLithium is awaiting the related report from the same Mr. Jim Wright mentioned above.

LITHIUM PROJECT SUMMARIES

FULL MONTY: AmeriLithium's Full Monty project represents a 5,300-acre block (8.25 square miles) of federal placer mining claims in Nye County, Nevada, 25 miles north of Clayton Valley's prime lithium-mining region. The project covers the gravity low of the intersection of the Montezuma Trough (gravity) lineament with the Big Smoky Valley lineament. Gravity lows such as the Full Monty Gravity Low are thought to be traps for lithium-bearing groundwater.

CLAYTON DEEP: AmeriLithium owns 100% of the 5,280-acre (8.25 square mile) Clayton Deep lithium brine project assets, covering the entire Southwest Gravity Low in Clayton Valley. The Clayton Deep project's placer claims lie less than 10 miles southwest of the only US-based lithium producing plant, operated by Chemetall Foote Corporation, a subsidiary of Rockwood Holdings, Inc.

JACKSON WASH: AmeriLithium's Jackson Wash lithium brine project represents 65 claims totaling 2,450 acres (3.83 square miles). The claim block covers the center of an identified gravity low to the east of Clayton Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada.
