
AmeriLithium Corp. Introduces Key Members of Its Management Team
LAKE TAHOE, NV., March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AmeriLithium Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMEL; "AmeriLithium" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Worrall as President and Chief Executive Officer, the appointment of Robert Allender as Vice President of Exploration & Chief Geologist, and members of its Board of Advisors.
Matthew Worrall was appointed President and CEO as of March 12th, 2010. Matthew studied at a leading Business School, before establishing himself as a successful corporate leader and entrepreneur, with the ability to drive companies forward, establishing them as market leaders. Matthew brings a wealth of financial and management expertise to AmeriLithium that will enable the company to progress through its stages of growth and development.
Vice President of Exploration and Chief Geologist, Robert Allender brings a wealth of expertise in the domestic and international mineral exploration, development and mining industries, gained from an exciting career spanning over 30 years. In his career, Robert has worked in a diverse range of managerial and technical roles in mineral exploration, property development and commodity extraction, as well as property valuation, economic geology, and merger and acquisition support – giving him a full spectrum of experience throughout the mineral industry. Robert's biography boasts strong education, with Postgraduate qualifications from the renowned Colorado School of Mines, plus strong industry experience with key companies such as UNOCAL And Chevron Minerals.
AmeriLithium also appoints, Andrew Grant, Jonathan Cook and Mathew Harpe to its board of advisors. Bringing with them a comprehensive array of complementing skill sets, from finance to business development and profitability growth across the mining, technology, energy, banking and pharmaceutical industries.
AmeriLithium is also now operating from its new offices, Douglas County, Nevada. AmeriLithium has chosen to base its operations in Nevada, as it is the heart of American Lithium exploration and mining. Nevada is currently the home to America's only Lithium producing mine.
