AmeriQuest Transportation Services Acquires CURE Leasing & Maintenance, LLC

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a leading provider of comprehensive fleet management services, announced today it has acquired the assets of CURE Leasing & Maintenance, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AmeriQuest Leasing & Maintenance Inc., a new subsidiary created for the acquisition, will operate as CURE Leasing & Maintenance. The company will be headquartered in Norcross, GA.

CURE Leasing & Maintenance provides financing solutions and maintenance services to independent contractors and contract carriers that are affiliated with delivery and logistics companies. Greg Jordan will operate as the company's CEO; Ed Wilkinson will be President and Chief Operating Officer.
