Ameritex Homes is now offering rate buydowns as low as 4.99% through a preferred lender and assistance with closing costs on already affordable move-in ready homes across Texas. The limited-time offer is available for qualified buyers on select homes contracted between July 1, 2024 and July 31, 2024. Additional restrictions apply.*
