BERWYN, Pa., May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE:AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of six cents per share for the second quarter ending June 30, 2013.

The second quarter dividend is payable June 28, 2013, to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2013.
