SAN DIEGO, Oct. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Before a sold-out crowd at San Diego Magazine's 7^th annual "Women Who Move the City" event, AMN Healthcare's President and CEO Susan Salka was named Woman of the Year for 2012.
