Amyko is a fully customizable modular bracelet that uses NFC (Near Field Communication) to communicate with a smartphone or tablet. It can easily be personalized with a wide variety of colors and textures in order to suit a person's specific preferences, and is very easy to use. A person simply inputs all of their relevant information: master data, blood type, allergies and intolerances, medications that are being taken, current therapies, vaccines, prophylaxis, relative or emergency contacts, medical reports, personal notes and personal physician. The user then sets their privacy settings, and wears the bracelet. In the case of an emergency or other health related need, anyone with a smartphone can simply tap the bracelet with their phone and will then be able to view all relevant info on the phone. The bracelet also has a "Direct call" feature which is used in the absence of a smartphone with NFC reader, a "Self Help" feature that enables the device to send a text message to a relative in case of an emergency, and a "Medical Reminder" feature.
