(Nasdaq: ANAD), a world leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, today announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of its AWT6622 and AWT6624 fourth generation High-Efficiency-at-Lower-Power (HELP4™) power amplifiers (PAs) to Samsung Electronics for the new Galaxy S 4G and Galaxy SII X smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy S 4G, available through T-Mobile, provides a 4 inch display, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, 1 GHz processor, and Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy SII X, available through Telus, offers a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 4.5 inch display, 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
