The national related departments have put forward the guidance suggestions on the consumption structure of aluminum profile; the National Development and Reform Commission, National Ministry of Finance and other nine ministerial commissions jointly issue the Notice of Guidance Suggestions on Accelerating the Structural Adjustments of Aluminum Industry, which puts forward that one of the main goals of the aluminum industry structural adjustments lies in increasing the proportion of processing materials with high added value, making the proportion of the industry profile and building profile reach 7:3.

In the meantime, with the light-weighting of transportation industry and the development of the electronic and electric power industry and machinery industry, the industry application fields of aluminum profile in China are continuously extended and the demand for the medium and high-strength aluminum roll, tube and rod materials is growing rapidly. In the future years, the consumption proportion of the industry aluminum profile in the total consumption volume of aluminum profile will rise yearly; the proportion in the aluminum profile products will rise to about 45-50% by 2015 from the current 30%, gradually dominating the leading position of the market.
