Anderson King Energy Announces Closing Of Sale Of AVAD Energy Partners' Utah Assets
DALLAS, July 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Anderson King Energy Consultants, LLC ("AK") is pleased to announce that the sale of Utah Assets owned by AVAD Energy Partners, LLC and other partners ("AVAD") to an undisclosed buyer has closed. The assets, located in Carbon and Emery Counties, Utah, include approximately 40,000 acres, 30 MMCFPD of natural gas production and associated Midstream and SWD Infrastructure. AK served as AVAD's exclusive Technical Advisor on the sale.
