Andrew Wild Joins QTS as CISO

Wild was most recently the CISO at Lancope, and prior to that he was the CSO at Qualys, a leading provider of cloud security and compliance solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University.

Wild, who has delivered numerous speeches and conducted a variety of media interviews on cybersecurity, is considered an industry luminary. He is presenting the session, "An Introduction to Containers, Including Security Concerns and Advantages" on Thursday, Sep. 15 at 11 a.m. PT at the Privacy Security Risk Conference in San Jose, California.

Wild is also an active participant in the Cloud Security Alliance and the Mach37 startup accelerator. The Cloud Security Alliance is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within cloud computing, and to provide education on the uses of cloud computing to help secure all other forms of computing. The Mach37 accelerator is designed to facilitate the creation of the next generation of cybersecurity product companies.
