As the economy continues to recover and employers expand their hiring efforts, firms such as hrQ are experiencing growth. With a solid track record for the past 11 years, hrQ's expansion strategies are on target. The company saw more than 150 percent increase in revenue over the past year and plans to expand beyond its current presence in Dallas, Denver, Houston and San Francisco into several additional markets over the next two years.
"The growth we're experiencing at hrQ is an important and positive indicator for the economy as a whole," continued McCoy. "The demand for consultants and contract HR staffing over the past few years has been extraordinary, but the requests for internal staffing recently accelerated as the economy started to rebound. At the same time, client expectations are also increasing. Employers want to know that their HR personnel are tightly aligned with the company's goals and strategies. It's not just about placing a candidate, but placing the right candidate at the right organization, which is what hrQ does best."
