ANGELICA MUNSON JOINS KNITWELL GROUP AS CHIEF DIGITAL & CUSTOMER DATA OFFICER

Munson will lead KnitWell's enterprise strategy across customer data, customer insights, AI-enabled marketing tools, personalization, digital marketing, and related growth capabilities.

In this newly created role, Munson will focus on advancing the enterprise capabilities that help KnitWell's portfolio of brands better understand and engage customers, accelerate innovation, and create more personalized customer experiences. She will oversee efforts that strengthen how the organization leverages data, technology, and insights to drive customer loyalty and long-term growth across its brands.

She joins KnitWell from Shiseido Group, where she served as Global Chief Digital Officer, leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multiple brands and six global regions. During her tenure, she launched a Beauty Tech Lab powered by AI-driven skin diagnostics and helped advance the organization's digital capabilities worldwide.

Prior to Shiseido, Munson held senior executive leadership roles at Fast Retailing, including Theory and Helmut Lang, and at Estée Lauder's Clinique brand, where she led digital, eCommerce, and marketing initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia.
