Dan Springer and Jim Warner to join Ansira's Board of Directors
ST. Jim Warner will join Ansira's Board of Directors as Chairman. He is currently a Principal of Third Floor Enterprises, an advisory firm specializing in digital marketing and media and a Board Member of Criteo, the global leader in digital performance advertising. Previously, Mr. Warner was Executive Vice President of Razorfish, a digital strategy firm, as well as the President, CBS Television Network and Vice President of HBO. He received a BA from Yale College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
