NEW YORK, March 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  IPSA International, Inc. (IPSA), an international risk advisory firm, is pleased to announce William Goss has rejoined the firm as Senior Director Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Consulting Services in New York.  In this role, Mr. Goss will be looked upon to manage the region's anti-money laundering engagements and also to direct growth strategies for IPSA's AML practice area.

Mr. Goss has over 25 years of experience performing investigations and conducting analysis of AML, investigative due diligence (IDD) and fraud matters.  He has held senior level management and sales positions including charter Officer and Director of Sales for Regulatory Data Corp (RDC), a Know Your Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence database company formed and launched during 2002 by twenty of the world's largest financial institutions.

I am very pleased to have convinced Bill to rejoin the growing IPSA team.  Bill's experience and industry knowledge was missed while he was away.  He rejoins at a critical time in IPSA's history as we execute on key initiatives over the next three years, said Dan Wachtler, IPSA President and CEO.

Prior to joining IPSA International, Mr. Goss owned and operated a boutique Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act consulting firm, which served global financial institutions.  Bill has served as a consultant and supervisor on several significant remediation and Know Your Customer projects for international and domestic banks.  Mr. Goss has spoken on such topics as Enhanced Due Diligence Investigations at industry and trade conferences and his article of tips and suggestions about drafting Suspicious Activity Reports has been the most popular internet search return for "SAR Writing" for several years.

"I'm very excited to rejoin IPSA to work on new business development and operational fulfillment services at a time of heightened regulatory interest and increased public scrutiny," commented Bill Goss.  "I believe my past experience and industry knowledge will help the terrific IPSA team assist financial institutions in meeting their AML obligations."
