Anything Technologies Media Inc., Engages Legal Counsel to Comply with DTC to Remove Chill on the Company

FOLSOM, CA, Jan. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Anything Technologies Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EXMT) today announced that the company has engaged legal counsel to get DTC Chill removed. The company became current with filing its financials this month and the next step is to comply with the DTC to have its Chill removed. This will bring more continuity and fluidity with the companies trading of its security. The company has had many inquiries with regard to when the DTC chill will be removed and the company has responded by starting the process to comply with the DTC.

IMD Companies Inc., paid 100 million common restricted shares to Anything Technologies Media Inc., for the acquisition.  EXMT and ICBU also jointly acquired Green Linx Inc., and will split revenue on a 50/50 basis.
