Pre-bids for the auction may be submitted on any domain listed until August 18 at 11:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern time. The highest bid for each domain will then become the starting bid in the live auction.  All live auction pre-bidders will be notified via email of their position in the auction along with instructions for joining the live and extended auction.

Moniker's sister company, SnapNames.com, will also host an extended online auction in conjunction with the live event. The online auction will begin immediately after the live auction on August 18 and will continue for a full week, concluding on Wednesday, August 25 at 3:15 p.m. U.S. Eastern time.
