API Technologies to Showcase RF/Microwave and Power Solutions at Modern Day Marine 2016

MARLBOROUGH, Mass., Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- API Technologies Corp. Modern Day Marine is the premier military equipment, systems, services, and technology show for the Marine Corp. The show will take place September 27-29 at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico, Virginia.

API's power distribution and conversion solutions, including man-portable, weatherproof, ruggedized, and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) units will be on display to highlight the Company's expertise in converting AC voltage power to DC voltage power from a variety of input power sources. API will display a 200 watt dual channel rack mount power amplifier subsystem for shipboard and military communication systems. This amplifier assembly demonstrates the company's core competencies in RF filter/amplifier integration and GaN technology. The unit is housed in an iridite coated aluminum chassis, making it ideal for demanding military applications. The units on display at Modern Day Marine are all built to perform in extreme temperature or weather conditions.
