Apollo Medical Holdings Selects CERECONS to Deliver Innovative Health IT Solution for ApolloMed ACO

("ApolloMed") (OTC-QB: AMEH), to provision and launch its CERECONS Health IT Solution for ApolloMed ACO.

CERECONS' robust, feature-rich software solutions will support ApolloMed ACO, one of only eight ACOs in California selected by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to participate in its Medicare Shared Savings Program ("MSSP") in 2012.
