Apperian Achieves McAfee Compatible Status For Mobile Application Management

Apperian has been promoted to a Technology Partner in the McAfee® Security Innovation Alliance™ (SIA) and has accepted McAfee's invitation to participate in the SIA Sales Teaming Program (STP). Through this partnership, McAfee will be able to offer its vast user base access to Apperian's mobile application management technology – tightly integrated with the McAfee® ePolicy Orchestrator (McAfee ePO) platform. Joint customers can now launch the Apperian console directly from the McAfee ePO platform and centrally manage app-based security and usage policies applied to enterprise apps to ensure mobile compliance across the organization.

The integrated solution includes the McAfee ePO platform, a key component of McAfee's security management offerings, and Apperian's mobile application management platform for corporate owned apps. With Apperian, mobile app security is incredibly robust and virtually invisible to users. Joint McAfee and Apperian customers get several enhanced capabilities through the integration including the ability to visualize detailed utilization metrics (including app downloads, login activity, and app updates) from the McAfee ePO platform administration console and administer Single Sign-on from McAfee ePO platform to Apperian Admin console.
