Appiphany Technologies LLC (OTCBB - APHD) is pleased to announce to its shareholders the latest two appointments to our Advisory Board.

Deborah Greaves is an Intellectual Property attorney specializing in the representation of fashion and consumer brands at Ezra Brutzkus Gubner LLP, Los Angeles. Deborah was former Secretary and General Counsel of True Religion Brand Jeans, a publicly traded premium apparel company. She has been a legal practitioner in the fashion and consumer products industry for more than 16 years. Licensed in the State of California. Qualified to practice before California State Courts, U.S. District Court (Central District of California), U.S. Supreme Court. Member of California State Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association. Serves on Executive Committee of IP Section of California State Bar. Served on Board of Directors of International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition. Serves on Board of Directors of CASA Los Angeles. Recipient of 2011 ILO Global Counsel Award in IP.

Deborah is also the Recipient of 2012 Top 20 California General Counsels. Recipient of 2011 ILO Global Counsel Award for IP. Two time finalist for LA Business Journal Corporate Counsel of the Year. Recipient of numerous other awards and accolades. Frequently speaks on fashion, IP and counterfeiting related presentations.

Wayne is a founding member and past Chairman of CACN i(Canadian Anti-Counterfeiting Network), a coalition of individuals, companies, firms and associations united in the fight against product counterfeiting and copyright piracy in Canada and internationally - an important battle affecting our industry. Wayne recently retired as vice-president Sustainability & Electrical Safety with Electro-Federation Canada (EFC), after 10 years with the organization (yet his involvement in the industry stretches back over 40 years).

Wayne joined EFC in 2005 as vice-president of the Electrical Equipment Manufacturers Association of Canada (EEMAC, an EFC council that was eventually folded into the 'Electrical Council'). He also serves as a director on the board of the Product Care Association, ESFi-Canada
