
Apple Strengthens Leadership Commitment to Children, Families, and Educators
Apple Appoints a New President and Brings on an Executive Director of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Admissions
WESTFIELD, N.J., Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Apple Montessori Schools, a trusted leader in early childhood education, today announced several key leadership appointments to support the organization as it continues to grow across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Apple has named Ryan S. Mullin as President, Justine McGranaghan as Executive Director of Human Resources, and Erin Delman as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Admissions. The expanded leadership team brings deep expertise across operations, human resources, marketing, and admissions to support Apple Montessori in strengthening the child and family experience and investing in the development and success of its educators and staff.
Ryan S. Mullin will serve as President of Apple Montessori Schools, bringing broad leadership experience in multi-site organizations as well as a strong understanding of Apple's schools, teams, and families. He joined Apple in 2025 and has served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. A CPA with more than 17 years of executive experience, Mullin previously served as COO of ReFocus Eye Health and Regional Vice President at Radiology Partners. His background in healthcare also brings relevant experience leading organizations where the quality of the experience depends on highly trained, skilled professionals and strong local teams, much like early childhood education. He also has experience in the classroom, having taught accounting and finance at NYU's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. As President, Mullin will focus on supporting Apple's continued growth while strengthening the day-to-day experience across its schools. His priorities will include supporting school leaders and teachers, maintaining strong operational and financial foundations, and ensuring Apple continues to deliver a high-quality experience for the children and families it serves.
Justine McGranaghan will join Apple Montessori as the Executive Director of Human Resources, bringing extensive HR leadership experience and firsthand understanding of early childhood education to her role. Before Apple, McGranaghan held HR leadership positions in the hospital and health care industry, including NYC Health + Hospitals and Hackensack Meridian Health. She brings experience in recruitment and talent selection, learning and development, and employee engagement and well-being. McGranaghan also brings a unique perspective to Apple Montessori, having begun her career as an early childhood education teacher, working with infants and toddlers. As her career experience comes full circle, she has a firsthand understanding of both the education and HR side of her new role.
Erin Delman is joining Apple Montessori as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Admissions, where she will help families discover what makes Apple Montessori's approach to early childhood education so unique. With deep experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and family engagement across multi-location organizations, Delman will focus on making sure families have the information and support they need to understand Apple Montessori's approach and focus on each child's academic, social, and emotional development, from their first inquiry through enrollment and beyond.
