(ARSD), a leading provider of high purity specialty chemicals, today announced the planned release of its first quarter financial results after market close on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Chief Executive Officer, Nick Carter; Chief Financial Officer, Connie Cook; and President of its wholly owned subsidiary, South Hampton Resources, Inc. (SHR), Simon Upfill-Brown, will host a conference call that day at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss quarterly results.
