Arad Group to Launch Water Monitoring Apps at Watec Israel 2013
Arad will unveil the world's first iOS and Android application enabling consumers to track their water consumption wherever they are, as well as a new Web application which sends real-time alerts on water leaks

Arad Group, a world leader in the field of water measurement solutions and services, will present new and innovative applications allowing consumers to receive full information regarding their water consumption through the Web and their cell phones at the Watec Israel 2013 conference.
The new applications, along with Arad's other innovative water metering solutions, will be presented in Hall 1 booth 52 at the Watec Israel 2013 Water Technology and Environment Control Exhibition and Conference, which will take place October 22-24, 2013 in Tel Aviv, Israel.
During the event Arad will showcase the world's first smartphone application, which allows consumers to track their water consumption wherever they are. The app, which is available in iPhone and Android versions, offers detailed consumption graphs, real-time leak alerts and consumption forecasts.
Arad will also present a new Web application which can be integrated into the utility's Web site or a dedicated portal. The application sends alerts and predictions for improved water conservation. The system features full transparency, consumption forecasts, leak and "away from home" alerts, a smart messaging system with customer support, and SMS and email notifications.
The Arad Group will also host a special delegation of senior officials from Chinese water utilities who will visit Arad to learn more about advanced water measurement solutions that can help them better utilize scarce water resources.
At the Watec show experts from IBM will present new technologies and advanced algorithms which were embedded into Arad's flagship solution CityMind Dialog3G AMR/AMI to provide high-quality water analysis services.
