"We are very excited to further expand our operations in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area," stated Richard W. Akam, CEO of ARC Group, Inc. "Our new Fleming Island restaurant is the third Dick's Wings restaurant that our franchisees have opened in 2015. It is located in a high-traffic area dense with retail stores and other restaurants. We are very pleased with the strong turnout we have experienced since opening this restaurant last week."
"Fleming Island joins our restaurants located on Gornto Road in Valdosta, Georgia, Youngerman Circle in Orange Park, Florida, U.S. Highway 82 in Tifton, Georgia, and Main Street in Baxley, Georgia as the fifth successful large-scale conversion that our franchisees have opened in the last 13 months," continued Akam. "We have been receiving an increasing amount of interest from potential single and multi-unit restaurant franchisees in converting pre-existing restaurants into a Dicks Wings. The quick turnaround offered by conversions, coupled with the relatively low cost of completing a conversion, makes them very attractive to prospective franchisees. Conversions will continue to be a major element of our growth strategy going forward."
