Arcline-Backed DwyerOmega Acquires SOR Controls Group

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DwyerOmega, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, today announced the acquisition of SOR Controls Group. The acquisition expands DwyerOmega's precision pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement product offerings.

Founded in 1946 and based in Lenexa, Kansas, SOR Controls Group is a globally recognized control instrumentation manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacturing of electronic and mechanical instrumentation for measuring pressure, temperature, level, and flow. SOR Controls Group actively serves all sectors of the process industry and has significant experience within the power generation, energy infrastructure, chemical processing, and water treatment segments.
