ARCO Design/Build and NTS Complete 815 Building for Heaven Hill Brands in Louisville

Heaven Hill Brands, one of the largest independent, family-owned and led distilled spirits suppliers in the United States, officially opened the facility with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in early July. The building consolidates Heaven Hill's Louisville-based teams under one roof for the first time in years, housing approximately 150+ employees.

The 815 Building showcases ARCO's tilt-wall construction capabilities in commercial office development. Known primarily for industrial applications, ARCO's tilt-wall approach enabled faster delivery and cost-effective execution compared to traditional steel-frame methods while maintaining the aesthetic and functional requirements of modern office design.

NTS selected ARCO as the design-build partner for the shell and core construction based on the firm's innovative application of tilt-wall construction to office development. While tilt-wall is commonly used for industrial and warehouse projects, ARCO's approach demonstrates the method's versatility for commercial office buildings, offering speed and cost advantages typically associated with larger-scale industrial construction.
