Employees at Arizona Natural Selections kicked off the Prop 420 campaign by decorating both the Scottsdale and Peoria locations with patriotic decor, mock polling booths and Prop 420 posters and stickers. During the campaign, employees will give each patient who visits the store a Prop 420 flyer that invites them to 'enroll' and start using the pre-ordering app. The disruptive environment echoes last year's unsuccessful Prop 205 campaign to regulate marijuana like alcohol, piquing patient's curiosity about there being another ballot during this year's election, further driving their engagement.
How Does the Pre-Ordering App Work?
Arizona Natural Selections' pre-ordering app, powered by Baker Technologies, gives MMJ cardholders the option to reserve medical marijuana products from the dispensary on their smartphone. These products include marijuana flower, edibles, concentrates, and other forms of cannabis treatment. Thirty minutes after a patient places an online order at their desired dispensary location, they can visit the dispensary to pick up and pay for their order.
By placing a preorder, patients can guarantee that they will get the medication they need when they visit the dispensary. They will not be required to wait in line at the dispensary, enabling them to get their treatment faster.
