Arlington Asset Investment Corp. Declares $0.75 per Share Dividend for the First Quarter of 2011
ARLINGTON, Va., March 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (NYSE: AI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share for the first quarter of 2011. The dividend will be payable on April 29, 2011 to shareholders of record on April 4, 2011. The ex-dividend date is March 31, 2011. This dividend is consistent with our variable dividend policy pursuant to which the Board of Directors evaluates dividends on a quarterly basis and, in its sole discretion, may approve the payment of dividends.
