(NYSE American: ARMP) ("Armata"), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on precisely targeted bacteriophage therapeutics for antibiotic-resistant infections, today announced that it has received a Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive cash rebate of USD $1.3 million from the Australian Tax Office based on Armata's R&D spending in Australia during 2018. Armata will recognize the $1.3 million payment received in its financial statements for the quarter ending December 31, 2019.
